I cannot recommend food. Burger buns mushy and patty not a hit

With the last order, large burgers were simply delivered from the small burgers ordered without calling and of course the higher price! Today, however, was the burner: after placing the order, a call via mobile phone. When I called back, nobody answered, only at some point a message that participants cannot be reached. Half an hour later the supplier came .... asked for more money because you made a small burger into a big one. They couldn't have reached me and just wanted to deliver quickly. Well and good, child opens his order ... no chicken nuggets there! I called. After a long discussion they delivered. However, as it turned out: Chili Cheese Nuggets! Without consultation! Because: not only the small burgers would have run out, the chicken nuggets and they would not have reached me! Dito! If you call the other way around, nobody answers! Except at some point on landline. There was no blame there. It was also not understood that I insisted on the ordered and paid (cash!) Goods! After a long and intense discussion (I should just get a credit for the next order, which I did not see because nobody eats chili cheese nuggets here!) You want to send the driver over and refund me the money for the chicken nuggets .... we are now waiting for over half an hour ......! Conclusion: just don't order there! I wanted to give the service another chance after my last experiences. But that's the last thing. And when I read the other reviews I am not alone!

If it were possible, this restaurant deserves minus stars! Please read the reviews beforehand and decide exactly whether you want to place an order! Happened today. I placed the order through Lieferando, paid for it and received all the confirmations for it. A delivery time of 85 minutes was noted at Lieferando. After more than 2 hours, I called the restaurant, where they said that I had no order !!! The gentleman on the phone assured me he would take care and get back in 10 minutes. This has not happened !!! After another hour, I called again what has become of my order. Another employee told me that Lieferando was not available and the order was canceled !!! I have not received the notification. After reading other reviews, I am lucky not to have received anything from this restaurant. This restaurant has not lost anything on Lieferando's list !!!

Dear customers, if you would like to have gift vouchers worth € 7.50, then order via Lieferando for American Pizza Point, because pizza can be ordered very quickly and cheaply. Because this shop never hands you your order, the delivery means that you have to reimburse. Since this pizzeria is just kidding customers and Lieferando does nothing about it, this should be used as a customer! Maybe Lieferando will finally change their pizzerias! If you are in the mood for revenge, which I can understand very well, then you order personally in the shop, if you are given the food, you go without paying for the food. What is an old saying? It was stated that the delivery time would take 65 minutes. It took 90 minutes. Then in between calls were made that they had no baguette. Then I was promised salmon rolls. Pizza rolls were delivered with indefinable content, then there was instead of Fanta Cola. The fries were not salted, the chicken nuggets were sticky and there was no salad dressing. Only oil with too much acetic acid. A total letdown.

90 minutes delivery time. Salad was ordered without onions and was then half onion. The olives were still with stones, which is really stupid in the salad. Otherwise, only a lot of green salad, a tomato and a little cucumber ... Really naughty, ask for 4.90. And on the asparagus pizza was exactly zero asparagus, and almost no Hollondaise. Bacon was also missing, although this was extra calculated. With telephone complaint was on the wrong pizza not at all. The salad was excused and I was asked to sort out the onions. I have been promised a discount for the next order. Since the pizza and the salad were really not good, I prefer to do without it ... Never again.

We were in Mülheim an der Ruhr in transit and have decided to order the hotel at Pizza Point ? The salad was fresh, crisp, the dressing was very good and the compilation of the Florida salad was just perfect! ? The baguettes are believed to be home made because we have never eaten them but also found them delicious. Conclusion: at the next transit we order again with you! ?

Right juice shop. Have ordered there according to Lieferando 60min delivery time. After 90 minutes the pizza arrived. Unfortunately we could not eat these because the driver did not want to bring them up. He said I had to come down to get her.

Not exactly clean, sticky tables. Not the taste of the burner either.

Awful customer service. Shockingly incompetent team. The food is edible if they ever manage to deliver.
